RECONNECT WITH WHAT MATTERS MOST
In a time when the world feels heavy and uncertain, how do we root into what’s true, steady, and life-giving? How do we keep showing up—with courage, clarity, and compassion—not only for ourselves, but for each other?
Join resilience expert and beloved Kripalu faculty member Maria Sirois for a soul-nourishing series of four live conversations with some of Kripalu’s most cherished teachers. Together, we explore the quiet, potent forces that sustain us—wisdom, hope, healing—and how we can build inner structures that help us remain whole in the midst of complexity.
Each hour-long online session is a window into the real, vulnerable, and inspiring journeys of Kripalu’s own: teachers of yoga on and off the mat who reveal how their personal practices have shaped their strength and clarity, and how they, too, wrestle with uncertainty, loss, and the longing to live meaningfully.
These are not just interviews—they are invitations. To pause. To reflect. To listen deeply. And to reconnect with what matters most, in your own life and in the greater story of our shared humanity.
Maria Sirois will be joined by special guests throughout the program:
- September 11 – Eset Rose, Chief Programming & Innovation Officer
- October 16 – Robert Mulhall, CEO
- November 13 – Jess Frey, Lead Faculty
- December 11 – Yuval Samburski - Lead Faculty
NOTE: You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
