When life requires us to navigate through a multitude of joys and sorrows, the path back to ourselves isn't always clear. Join longtime Kripalu School of Yoga faculty members Brahmani Liebman and Jashoda Edmunds—who each have more than three decades of yoga teaching experience—as they empower you on a spiritual journey through the practices of Yin Yoga and meditation.

In a contemplative weekend combining Yin Yoga, meditation, pranayama, dharma teachings, and psychospiritual inquiry, you will
