Yoga and Deep Relaxation Retreat The Gift of Renewal


Experience deeper levels of inner freedom in a nourishing program guided by beloved Kripalu faculty member, Jennifer Reis. 

This program combines uplifting yoga postures, breathing, mudras, self-massage, and the profound healing of guided meditation in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra so you can relax through every level of being—including the physical body, thoughts, and emotions—and access your deepest wisdom and knowing. You will:

  • Learn how to work with your nervous system and the vagus nerve to rest and sleep better.
  • Alleviate muscular tension as well as mental and emotional stress.
  • Stimulate your body’s natural healing response.
  • Feel nourished through yoga postures and practices.  

Give yourself permission to restore, balance, and tap into new sources of energy with easy practices. Nothing is required but to lie down and listen. Return home with easy techniques to foster wellness and deep peace in your everyday life.
