Meditation is an innate ability we all have and is part of our survival instincts. We each have our own favorite ways of accessing meditative attention: breathing, listening to music, the internal music of mantras, dancing, gazing at nature, cherishing the energies that flow in the body, and all the forms of love. The key to thriving in meditation is to be utterly natural with yourself and discover the particular pathways that work for you.
The Radiance Sutras is an exuberant version of a classic yoga text, The Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, that sets forth 112 basic doorways into meditation. In this program, we will explore the Radiance Sutras and how their principles can be applied to our lives in supportive and compassionate ways.

This workshop is open to all levels of experience. All you need is curiosity. Whether you’re new to meditation or have years of experience, this workshop is for anyone who wants to meditate in a way that feels deeply natural and personally meaningful.
