In this weekend of looking inward, you explore the deeper aspects of yoga, practice asana at every session, and delve into the eight limbs of yoga and other philosophical concepts essential to healing and wellness. Ally Hamilton focuses on applying ancient principles to busy, tech-filled lives.

Take home a practical understanding of

  • Samskaras, and how to stop repeating patterns that bring you pain
  • The kleshas, or obstacles that prevent you from living wholeheartedly
  • A seated meditation practice, a daily gratitude practice, and ways to sustain them.

Learn to bring mindfulness into every aspect of your life, becoming more present from moment to moment as you move through your days.
