Join Amy Weintraub, acclaimed yoga therapist and founder of the LifeForce Yoga® Healing Institute, as she teaches you practices to shift your mood and possibly even change your life. After experiencing firsthand the relief that yoga provides, Amy has dedicated her career to helping others who suffer from mood disorders like depression and anxiety. 

Through her accessible LifeForce Yoga practices, breathwork, and more, you will learn:

  • Pranayama and kriya, breathing techniques, that regulate the emotions 
  • Meditations that lift the mood 
  • Sankalpa, affirmations
  • Bhavana, guided visualizations 
  • Mantras, tones, that manage the emotions 
  • Mudras, hand gestures, that affect different areas of the chakra system and the body.
