Sudha Carolyn Lundeen, RN, E-RYT 500, is a senior faculty member at Kripalu, where she leads a variety of workshops, including 500 and 1000-hour level professional yoga teacher trainings. She works with clients privately and leads workshops internationally in group and corporate settings, and is a stress management and meditation specialist at the UltraWellness Center in Lenox, Massachusetts. Her teaching style has been described as welcoming, humorous, and inspiring. Sudha’s Kripalu Gentle Yoga DVD has won three prestigious awards and her Restorative Yoga DVD offers step by step instruction in the practice of deep relaxation and stress reduction.
