Sudha Carolyn Lundeen
Sudha Carolyn Lundeen, RN, E-RYT 500, is a faculty member at Kripalu, where she leads a variety of workshops, including 200- and 500-hour teacher trainings. She also teaches in the Kripalu School of Ayurveda. Sudha’s Kripalu Gentle Yoga DVD has won three prestigious awards. She works with clients privately and leads workshops internationally in group and corporate settings. Sudha’s personal experience with breast cancer, combined with 12 years in clinical nursing, lends a sensitivity and broad knowledge base to her teaching style, which has been described by students as welcoming, humorous, and healing.
