Contemplative Week On the Kripalu Campus
Contemplative Week at Kripalu, Monday, January 5–Friday, January 9 is a time to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself. In the quiet beauty of winter, the pace softens and the land settles into stillness. Daily yoga, meditation, and reflective workshops invite warmth and insight. Nourishing, fully silent meals support a rhythm of presence and deep rest.
Throughout the week, all guests are encouraged to observe and honor the quiet and reflective environment to help create a peaceful, restorative atmosphere for everyone. Guided by Kripalu faculty, you’ll explore practices that cultivate clarity, calm, and genuine connection to what matters most. Silence is welcomed in many forms, and while participation in silent practice is encouraged, it is never mandatory—allowing you to shape your own path through stillness and renewal.
