Dance It Out, Move It Through Embody Freedom

Dance is one of our most ancient, transformative rituals. From the whirling dervish to the Shakers, from the waltz to the rave, people have danced for joy, cleansing, and clarity. There are no postures to perfect, no meditative mantras to master, just a willingness to let breath and sensation guide you to your own intuitive movement.

Join senior faculty member of the Kripalu School of Yoga and veteran Let Your Yoga Dance® trainer, Jurian Hughes, in a practice that naturally invites greater connection to that which supports and enlivens you. Through music, movement, meditation, community, connection and more, you will:

  • Explore ecstatic movement and deep stillness.
  • Get into your body fully.
  • Cleanse from your core through your pores.
  • Free and refresh your mind.

Healing happens naturally when we step into the shared space of music and rhythm. Gain clarity about where you are now and how to intuit your way forward—and return home with a re-energized relationship with yourself, your work, and the world.

NOTE This program is suitable for all levels and ages. Please bring comfortable clothing, a journal, and layers for going outside if weather permits. You may dance barefoot or bring comfortable, clean shoes that support you as needed.
