Deep Relaxation Mini Retreat Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra

RELAX AND NOURISH YOURSELF

Nourish your whole body and being in this mini retreat with Kripalu faculty Jennifer Reis. Learn about deep relaxation and why it's vitally important for overall health, be guided in an easy flow of yoga postures and hand mudras, and end with Jennifer's trademark Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided resting meditation.

Please have a yoga mat, cushion or pillow, and blanket ready for this program. A yoga block, strap, chair, or other props are optional. 

NOTE You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
