A FRIENDLIER MIND FOR A MORE JOYFUL LIFE

Join beloved author and teacher, Elizabeth Gilbert, for a weekend-long creative and emotional journey.

Elizabeth will guide you through tools, tricks, games, creative exercises, inspiration, and meditations—all of which are designed to help you reverse the cultural and familial shame-patterns that have often led to severe self-criticism, perfectionism, and even self-hatred.

Inspired by the mystical ideas contained within her best-selling book, Big Magic, her widely watched TED Talks on creative genius, and her own lifelong quest for serenity and liberation, this workshop will help you:

  • Find a freer and more generous way of handling your internal blocks and negative voices.
  • Discuss boundaries, mysticism, trust, courage, self-kindness, mercy, creativity, and purpose.
  • Lead a life that is not only kinder, but braver and more joyful.

Elizabeth's goal is to adopt a "friendlier mind" which she believes is the best jumping off point for a life of creativity, reinvention, and peace.

NOTE No experience, skills, or talents are required to attend. Please bring an open mind and a blank journal.
