Exploring the Great Mystery and Befriending Death

FACE YOUR FEARS FOR A MORE JOYFUL LIFE

Death is one of life’s greatest mysteries, and something that touches us all. Yet it rarely receives the attention it deserves and too often we face this ultimate letting go completely unprepared.

When we are supported to contemplate death in a safe and sacred setting, something miraculous occurs. We awaken our capacity for joy and the courage to live our lives with greater meaning and purpose. As we honor all of our feelings associated with death, we discover greater confidence to live our lives more fully.

Cultivating an authentic relationship with death, even befriending it, has the capacity to profoundly affect every aspect of our lives and relationships. Through the process of self-inquiry, we discover what is most valuable and important to us and align ourselves with our deepest truth.

The peak practice in this retreat is savasana, the ancient yogic practice for death, which teaches us how to align our mind and body in ways that encourage the deepest release and restoration on every level of our being.

In this retreat, you will:

  • Align your life with your highest values and purpose.
  • Cultivate the presence and tools needed to face fears related to death and dying.
  • Deepen your capacity for compassionate connection with yourself and others.
  • Access the courage and clarity to live your life more fully and joyfully.
  • Open to the eternal aspects of your being—who you are beyond form.

Join us for this rare opportunity to compassionately explore death as the gateway to greater aliveness. Live healing soundscapes are included in each session to support and nourish your nervous system.

Testimonials

“I am feeling blissful on the edge of tears with gratitude for my experience here. As a Christian minister, I came seeking renewal for myself and something to bring back to my community, and I definitely found it here.”—Cheryl

“I came to this program with lots of terror and I totally did not want to come. The self-inquiry questions were so spot-on to help us get to the root of our fears. It was truly transformational to come in with deep fear and leave with feelings of peace and joy and a whole new way to view death.”—Azi

“This program was a deeply nourishing and transformative experience. Months later I can say I still feel a renewed commitment to living my life from a place of freedom and joy, and to being less swayed by fear when confronted by difficult feelings real time in my life.”—Gina
