The Frequency of Love A Bhakti Yoga Retreat

TUNE IN TO THE HEART

Everything in the universe is in constant motion, resonating at a specific frequency. Mystics have known this for ages, and now science confirms it, as well. From the hum of celestial bodies to the energy of our thoughts and emotions, we live in a world of vibration. How can we use this understanding to become more empowered and fulfilled?

Just like an instrument, we can tune our hearts to the frequency of love. Ultimately, this is what all spiritual practices help us do. As we calm our busy minds, we drop into a quiet place where we can hear the music of our soul.

Join devotional singer and compassionate guide Carrie Grossman for a journey into the path and practice of Bhakti—the yoga of love. Over five days, you will:

  • Open your heart with music, chanting, and sacred teachings.
  • Nourish your body and mind with meditation and deep rest.
  • Experience the power of vibration through affirmations, creative exercises, sound healing, and subtle energy practices.
  • Learn diverse mantras to integrate into your daily life.
  • Harness the power of your imagination and connect to the light inside.

Drawing on ancient and modern wisdom, we’ll reflect on the magic and the mess of the human journey—and raise our vibration for ourselves and the planet.
