This unique program—meticulously designed to uncover and explore the wisdom of our evolutionary potential—commences with a guided breathing session followed by deep dives into breathing techniques, scientific theory, reflective group discussions, and optional cold exposure experiences amidst the picturesque surroundings of Kripalu.

NOTE This program is suitable for all levels of experience. Please bring a swimsuit and warm layers for an outdoor cold exposure experience. Individuals with cardiovascular health-related symptoms will need to consult with their medical provider prior to attending the program. If you are epileptic or pregnant, you are unfortunately not eligible to participate.
