The weekend begins with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method followed by an exploration of breathing, science and theory, group sharing, reflection, discussion, Q&A, and multiple (optional) cold exposure experiences on the beautiful grounds of Kripalu.
NOTE Please bring a swimsuit and warm layers for an outdoor cold exposure experience. Individuals with cardiovascular health-related symptoms will need to consult with their medical provider prior to attending the program. If you are epileptic or pregnant, you are unfortunately not eligible to participate.
