This program is uniquely curated through the lens of nature to examine the underlying mechanisms of your inner landscape and learn how you can build an adaptive, skillful, and versatile connection to your mind, body, and life through actionable tools and practices. The weekend begins with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method followed by an exploration into breathing, science and theory, group work, reflection, discussion, and Q&A, and an (optional) outdoor cold exposure experience.
Note Individuals with cardiovascular health-related symptoms will need to consult with their medical provider prior to attending the program. If you are epileptic or pregnant, you are unfortunately not eligible to participate.
