Healing from grief is a journey from heartbreak to wholeness, from darkness to light. Find solace, possibility, and hope with Kripalu legacy faculty member and author Aruni Nan Futuronsky. Aruni, whose life has been transformed by her own experiences of loss and grief, teaches you how to outlive loss, and even grow from it. 

Since grief is a body-centered process, yoga provides techniques to integrate and move through challenging emotions to a deeper level of acceptance and completeness. In the safe atmosphere of this retreat, you learn

  • Journaling for self-inquiry.
