Healing the Emotional Body A SomaSoul: Somatic Therapy Workshop

For healing professionals and individuals looking to deepen their personal healing journey.

Healing the emotional body is a journey towards wholeness and well-being. Join Dan Leven to unravel the tensions that live in your physical and emotional body, inhibiting your aliveness and freedom. Using an insightful map from the field of Gestalt Psychotherapy to help you navigate the challenging terrain of the psyche, you can

  • Move towards healing through the difficult emotions we all tend to somatize
  • Discover a deeper, more centered you, as you release old defenses that stand in the way of your authentic self
  • Experience the power of vulnerability and access compassion towards the core wounds within your physical body
  • Heal and open as the wounds in your emotional body and the limiting beliefs they hold finally receive what they yearn for and need.

SomaSoul: Somatic Therapy is a training program that aligns your personal growth with your professional development. You learn a powerful modality and processes that bring mindfulness and healing to the emotional body. These programs can be taken individually for personal development or as part of a larger training to become a SomaSoul Practitioner or Registered Somatic Movement Therapist.
