BECOME AN EMBODIMENT OF YOUR TRUTH AND WISDOM
How do you integrate and understand the insights you have received through a peak spiritual experience, ceremony, or retreat?
Join Kripalu faculty Jess Frey and Ellen Rose and explore a multidimensional experiential approach to integration. In a community of care, you are invited to become an embodiment of your own truth and wisdom as you unearth the treasures of your journey to make sense of visions, messages, and memories.
Through shared embodied experiences of movement, meditation, reflective journaling, guided visualization, silence, land-spirit connection, reciprocity, and more, you will:
- Metabolize what happened in your journey.
- Learn self-inquiry and regulation tools for navigating the process of change and transformation.
- Engage in group dialogue for greater clarity of where you are in the healing journey and what is calling you forward.
- Honor the importance of rest and relaxation as you open to a new era of meaning.
- Gather empowering ways to carry the medicine into the world for the greater good of all beings.
This program presents the Kripalu approach to embodied integration and transformation using a variety of maps as tools to support the process of change.
NOTE This program is not a therapeutic intervention. It is open to everyone, and ideal for those who have completed Inner Quest Intensive.
