TAKE TIME TO DO WHAT YOU LOVE
Nourish your creativity in this heart-centered retreat. Join Kripalu lead faculty member Michelle Dalbec as she guides you to:
- Learn the practices of mindful knitting.
- Explore self-care practices for your body and mind.
- Let go of your busy schedule and rest.
- Embrace the healing power of community.
In between program sessions, enjoy Kripalu’s walking and hiking trails, visit local yarn shops, or enjoy the view overlooking Lake Mahkeenac. Whether you knit, crochet, or are a weaver, treat yourself to taking the time and space to do what you love.
NOTE Please bring your own knitting supplies (yarn, needles, hooks, etc.). Some knitting or crocheting experience is recommended.
