This program weaves together evidence-based nutritional and medical information with the contemplative practice of mindfulness, helping you shift the concept of dieting, which we know is not sustainable, into a journey toward healthy weight and life-long wellness. Our signature immersion program is much more than just learning about nutrition, stress reduction, and yogic philosophy—both educational and experiential, it is focused on living and practicing these principles.

Led by our exceptional faculty of doctors, nutritionists, life coaches, and yoga teachers with years of experience helping people find personal empowerment and transformation, this program includes
