MOVEMENT FOR RENEWAL

“The restorative properties of the body are not bound by form. —Emilie Conrad

Our deepest connection to life is experienced through our bodies. The body is the heart of our shared humanity. It carries the roots of our empathy, compassion, and inspired action.

Join Robin Becker, an expert teacher in contemplative movement and dance, for a program that works with practices from Continuum, a field of movement education that supports the capacity for deep rest. Robin will share her experience of the body as a teacher of life’s unfolding mystery—and how our embodiment can become a resource for compassion, deep restoration, and an ease that emerges from experiencing how intimately we belong to life.

Through gentle frameworks of breath, sound, and simple movements, you will:

  • Enjoy a weekend of deep inquiry, rest, and replenishing peace.
  • Slow down, rest, and listen to the depths of our embodied wisdom.
  • Move into the New Year from the mystery and heart of winter’s wisdom.

Return home ready to embrace the winter season and the essential rhythm of letting go and turning within.

NOTE Continuum informs and benefits all other movement practices, including shiatsu, massage, yoga, dance—and the art of life itself. This program is appropriate and safe for everyone at all movement levels. Participants often report a sense of well-being, increased vitality, and great possibility.
