Renée Peterson Trudeau is an internationally recognized transformational coach, speaker, catalyst, founder and president of Career Strategists, and the author of two award-winning books The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life and Nurturing the Soul of Your Family: 10 Ways to Reconnect and Find Peace in Everyday Life. A visionary teacher for more than 25 years, Renee is on the faculty at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, 1440 Multiversity, The Art of Living Retreat Center, and Esalen Institute. She has certified hundreds of women leaders in more than 10 countries to facilitate personal renewal groups and retreats for women based on her award-winning self-care curriculum.
Passionate about supporting people as they come into balance through practicing the art and science of self-care, Renée has been creating and facilitating transformational events for two decades. An evangelist for the healing power of nature, she grew up in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California, the rolling Texas Hill Country, and the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, where she now resides full-time. She’s been featured in The New York Times, Spirituality & Health, US News & World Report, and more. A brand-new empty nester and graduate of the Wisdom Heart Mystery School, Renée is now pouring her energy into Wild Souls Nature Adventures.
