SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES FOR RENEWED HEALTH

Morning medical qigong was developed to heal chronic illness and fatigue. This flowing sequence nourishes the organs, revitalizes your energy, and offers a complete map for health and rejuvenation for strong immunity and vitality.  

Join acupuncturist, medical intuitive, and qigong author, Deborah Davis, as she guides you in exploring a five-elemental map of each organ to tonify and cultivate healing energy at the most foundational level. Each movement engages specific psychospiritual aspects of the organ system to bring you into greater alignment with your highest potential. 

Morning medical can be done as a daily practice, allowing practitioners to experience a deeper sense of self connection and renewed health. 

Note This program is inclusive of all genders, ages, and abilities.
