RETURN TO THE BODY AS HOME

Many women and female-bodied individuals carry the long echoes of sexual trauma in the unseen architecture of our lives: in how we love, how we protect, how we touch and are touched, and how we long. Although we may no longer be in acute crisis, we are still deeply affected by these experiences.

We are living through a resurgence of misogynistic rhetoric, ongoing revelations of systemic sexual abuse, and a collective culture steeped in the unresolved energies of sexual rupture. Even for those who have done years of inner work, this ambient cultural field can feel like a low hum in the nervous system—a constant ping against the body and soul of survivors.

This workshop is for women and female-bodied individuals who feel the imprint of past sexual experiences and conditioning and are ready to reclaim a deeper sense of power, pleasure, and presence. It’s for those who sense that our relationship to desire, boundaries, or expression is still shaped by old stories, and who are longing to meet that truth with new creativity, compassion, and embodied integrity. It is especially for those who have felt “stuck underground,” submerged beneath their own becoming, and are now ready to surface—to return to the body as home, desire as sacred, and story as art.

In this weekend journey, you will experience:

  • A mythic and embodied map of your personal healing arc, rooted in the 4D Wheel developed by sex therapist and visionary Gina Ogden.
  • Confidence in your sexual truth and a deepened sense of personal power that is not performative, but integrated at every level.
  • Sacred tools and rituals to carry your healing forward—practices you can return to again and again as you continue to walk the spiral path of reclamation.
  • A creative artifact or ritual object that symbolizes your emergence and a felt sense of movement, direction, and possibility.
  • A four-part alchemical arc grounded in Jungian alchemy: dark matter, lunar reflection, yellowing release, and EMERGE.

Core practices include:

  • The 4D Wheel framework for mapping holistic transformation
  • Arts-based rituals and guided creative praxis
  • Shamanic journeying and inner visioning
  • Embodied movement meditation (including Shakti Rising)
  • Symbolic object work and altar creation
  • Collective and solo ceremonial processes

You will be invited to engage at your own pace, with room for silence, self-tending, and choice at every turn. This is not a linear workshop. It is a living initiatory arc, rooted in body-wisdom and soul sovereignty.

You will leave with more than insight—you will leave transformed.
