On Campus Program

RISE to Resilience The Kripalu Approach to Stress Management

Make a resolution for resilience this year with a retreat dedicated to tools that will help you meet the moments that matter most with calm, clarity, and connection. In this three-day on-campus program, Kripalu lead faculty Michelle Dalbec and Sam Chase introduce the core concepts of RISE™, Kripalu’s signature resilience-building program.

Through accessible practices of meditation, breath, and gentle movement, learn how to

  • Navigate stress with skill to avoid burnout
  • Build positivity, productivity, and mental clarity
  • Improve stress resilience in the moment, and over time.

Anchored in the science and practice of mindfulness, yoga, and positive psychology, the RISE curriculum balances practice, research, and real-world application. Published research on RISE has shown that participants sustained boost in mindfulness, empowerment, and resilience, as well as a 32% reduction in day-to-day stress levels. Return home more mindful and with experiences you can easily apply to your life.

This program—developed and led by our own faculty with the Kripalu methodology in mind—is offered exclusively at Kripalu.
