Honor the call of your innate wisdom to slow down and discover the value of stillness. When you take time to pause, you can become more of who you really are. From this place of rest, you have the capacity to listen to your deepest insights and passions and find renewed inspiration and energy for the opportunities that await you.

Join Kripalu lead faculty member Jess Frey for a week of yoga and Ayurveda as you explore ways to replenish the vital life force within and "refill the well".

Through lecture, group discussion, journaling, and embodied mindful practices, you will:

  • Restore pathways of presence to yourself and others in a supportive community.
  • Nurture your body and mind, and awaken your heart with rhythmic breathing, guided meditations, and yoga.
  • Discover new ways to be in the world by resting in your authentic nature.
