REST IN THE SANCTUARY OF COMMUNITY

Join us for an immersive retreat designed to nourish the body, mind, and spirit through eating, deep rest, connection with nature, and community. Curated by James Beard Award-winning chef, author, and artist Bryant Terry, the weekend features a stellar lineup of facilitators, including Terry, artist and musician Jasmine Nyende, and founder of The Nap Ministry, activist, and writer Tricia Hersey. Through shared meals, restorative practices, skill-building activities, and meaningful dialogue, you will explore sustenance, the natural world, rejuvenation, and collective engagement as tools for resilience and wellbeing. Experience this transformative retreat that centers joy, sustainability, and radical self-care.

During this weekend, you will:

  • Explore healing and self-discovery by engaging with natural elements, ancestral knowledge, and creative expression.
  • Engage in a collective rest and healing experience and soul integration.
  • Participate in a cooking demo using local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.
  • Enjoy an intergenerational fireside chat.
