Gratitude may often feel elusive, yet each moment that we are alive offers the opportunity to appreciate life as a precious and ephemeral gift.  

Join author and ambassador of Grateful Living, Kristi Nelson, and explore ways to bring a grateful orientation to the terrain of your body, mind, relationships, and the larger world. Kristi teaches grateful living as a moment-to-moment practice that—even amidst difficulty—allows you to access more unconditional experiences of well-being, love, joy, and belonging.  

Through presentations, reflective writing, meditation, actionable practices, poetry, and discussion, you will: 

  • Learn five core principles and practical tools to guide you in living gratefully.
  • Enhance your ability to be wholeheartedly present to your life as it is.
  • Build the spiritual musculature of a grateful perspective.
  • Enliven a sense of possibility, especially in challenging times.  

Learn how to truly notice and treasure the miraculous nature of all that lies before, around, and within you. With a grateful living practice you can learn to see your life anew, and more fully awaken to the opportunities and gifts that each day brings.
