Put yourself in the expert hands of certified Wim Hof Method instructor Samuel Whiting and discover how you can utilize these pillars to unlock your full potential.

This program begins with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method and then moves into breathing sessions, breath exercises, light science and theory, group work, and an (optional) outdoor cold exposure experience. Throughout the weekend, there’s plenty of time for reflection, discussion, and Q&A.

Note Individuals with cardiovascular health–related symptoms are required to discuss with their medical provider prior to attending the program. If you experience epilepsy or are pregnant, you are unfortunately not eligible to participate.

Note Participants will be given a workbook, follow-up content, and scientific publications to further their education. Please bring a swimsuit and warm layers for outdoor cold exposure experience.
