Winter Wellness Self-Care Tools for Holiday Health

REPLENISH AND GROUND YOURSELF

A well that is only half-full makes it challenging to impact those you love with generosity, presence, joy, or gratitude during the winter holidays and beyond.

Join Kripalu lead faculty Pilin Anice as she guides you to fill your well of emotional, physical, and spiritual resources during the busiest time of the yearThrough Ayurvedic rituals, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and more, you will:

  • Restore and revitalize the body with the integrating traditions of yoga and dance.
  • Balance and soothe the nervous system with restorative practices including yoga nidra.
  • Use meditation to reflect and connect to your most authentic self and heartfelt values.

Learn how to cultivate a feeling of wholeness whenever you feel heightened states of anxiety and discomfort. Activate gratitude, release stress, and harness accessible resources for resilient well-being. Return home with a rich array of self-care practices that will ground and fortify you throughout the year.
