Fall Ayurveda Yoga Retreat

INTEGRATE WITH THE SEASON

This fall, embrace the season as you discover how Ayurveda can inform your yoga, meditation, and self-care practices.

Lead Kripalu Faculty and the director of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, Erin Casperson, will guide you to develop a relationship with the seasonal shift as you:

  • Learn the Ayurveda theory behind the benefits of seasonal yoga practice.
  • Practice asana, meditation, and breathwork to aid your digestion and settle the mind.
  • Gain self-care and sense-care practices to support nourishment and stability in autumn.
  • Spend time on the Kripalu land as you commune with the five elements of nature.
  • Experience integration practices through journaling, reflection, and connection.

Whether you welcome the cool, crisp fall or are challenged by this dry and windy season, finish the program with a renewed sense of rhythm and calm—and tools to maintain your internal sense of equilibrium throughout the year.

NOTE Please bring layers for outdoor sessions and clothes that allow you to massage your arms and legs with oil.
