BE A CONFIDENT CHANGEMAKER

Join social justice yoga practitioners and teachers Susanna Barkataki and Jacoby Ballard for a five-day retreat and dive into the yogic tools that support us in making personal and social change.

Susanna and Jacoby will guide you through practices intended to create solidarity, comeradeship, and allyship. Become a confident changemaker as you

  • Practice satya, integrity and transparency, to create the world we want to live into
  • Explore tools for courageous conversations and sharing your voice
  • Engage in compassion practices that express care for our communities and the world
  • Understand asteya, non-stealing, as a support for addressing cultural appropriation in yoga
  • Learn grief and forgiveness practices for when things go wrong
  • Gain clarity about boundary-setting and balancing self-care and service.

Return home feeling rested, nourished, and empowered to make a difference in your community—and with spiritual tools to broaden relationships and hold courageous conversations.
