Yoga Tune Up Shoulders Immersion The Functional Shoulder for Yoga, Movement, and Beyond

Gain an intellectual and embodied understanding of shoulder function through palpation, mobility and stability exercises, hands-on adjustments, and best practices for stress relief and injury management. Each day of this program begins with a two-hour athletic training and recovery class incorporating The Roll Model® therapy ball self-massage, followed by an innovative Yoga Tune Up functional movement session for your wrists, shoulders, core, upper back, and neck.

Discover new ways to care for your body as you explore

  • Experiential anatomy practices and self-care strategies for your upper back, neck, shoulders, and arms
  • Ways to improve strength, mobility, and breath for more body awareness in sport and yoga
  • Innovative warm-ups and cool downs to improve performance and reduce pain.

For movement educators, this program offers new ways to incorporate smart shoulder mechanics into your classroom to enhance your teaching.

Note Dinneen Viggiano is a Yoga Alliance Certified Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). CE credits for this program are pending.
