Yoga4Sobriety    A 12–Step Recovery Retreat  


Join founder of Yoga4Sobriety™ Gwen Rebbeck and grow deeper roots in your recovery. Get grounded in body, mind, spirit, and connect with others walking the same chosen path to enrich your journey. 

Through a compassionate approach that encourages you to move at your own pace, you will:

  • Ease the body through deep guided meditation and breathwork. 
  • Root into the physical body through first chakra yoga practices. 
  • Explore the connection between the first chakra and Steps One, Two, and Three.
  • Find a deeper connection with self and others.

Whether you are brand new to recovery or have been on your recovery journey for awhile, experience deeper nourishment and strengthening of your roots. 

NOTE This program is suitable for yoga practitioners of all levels. Participants are eligible to earn CE credits through Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider® Gwen Rebbeck. More information will be provided during the session.

Gwen Rebbeck, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is the creator of Yoga4Sobriety™. A graduate of Anodea Judith's Sacred Centers, she brings the principles of the Twelve-Step recovery program into chakra-balancing yoga practices.
