Kripalu Recipe: Asian Pesto
 
  This pesto serves nicely over your favorite asian noodle or spread it over your veggies as they come off the grill.
1 bunch of cilantro 
1 bunch of mint 
2 tablespoons fresh ginger
2 cloves of garlic 
1 bunch of scallions 
1 cup peanuts  (or almonds) 
½ teaspoon chili pepper flakes 
¼ cup sweet chili sauce 
1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno 
1 lime - juiced 
1 orange - juiced 
½ cup rice vinegar 
1 cup peanut oil or substitute a non-allergen oil
Salt to taste 
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend till smooth or desired consistency.
