Kripalu Recipe: Simple Cucumber Raita

Looking for a cooling side to add to your dinner planning? This simple and easy cucumber dish is a fresh side for all kinds of meals.

1/2 cup plain yogurt or nondairy alternative 
1/2 cup chopped seeded cucumber 
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 
2 teaspoons chopped green onions 
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander 
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lemon for taste

Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Chill to serve.
