The Boundless Heart
Cultivating loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity
Meet Yourself with Care
Give yourself space to step out of overwhelm and cultivate qualities of heart to help you move through life with greater kindness, compassion, joy, and steadiness. In this restorative retreat, you’ll immerse yourself in the brahma-viharas, four ancient Buddhist meditation practices for nurturing a wise, open, and resilient heart.
Known as the four immeasurables or divine abodes, loving-kindness (metta), compassion (karuna), sympathetic joy (mudita), and equanimity (upekkha) offer practical ways to meet the full range of human experience with greater awareness and care. Rooted in ancient wisdom and supported by modern research, these practices offer meaningful support for greater well-being, connection, and resilience.
Drawing from more than two decades of teaching meditation and mindfulness, Larissa will guide you through these practices with an emphasis on making them accessible, experiential, and genuinely useful in everyday life.
In this retreat, you will:
- Expand your meditation practice with four timeless, research-based techniques.
- Bring more kindness and compassion into your life and relationships.
- Make more room for joy, appreciation, and connection.
- Feel more grounded amid change and uncertainty.
- Enjoy gentle mindful movement and deep relaxation each day.
- Return home with simple practices to support you when life feels full.
Come away feeling restored with practices to help you meet yourself and the people you love with greater kindness, compassion, and ease.
