IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR LIFE

This June, join author and founder of Elephant Journal Waylon Lewis on the path of maitri—making friends with yourself, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Maitri, the Sanskrit word for friendship, informs much more than just your relationship with others, it informs your environment, social activism, families, and careers.

Gather with community for a retreat full of meditation, yoga, writing practices, nutritious food, and mindful hikes around the Kripalu campus. Bring your pens and experience exercises to write out your problems and aspirations in a way that is of benefit to all. Engage in discussion groups, self-discovery activities, and more as you give your soul time off, and invest in your future by transforming your present.
