CULTIVATE DEEPER CONNECTION
Please note: Stephen Cope will not be teaching on campus but will be joining via livestream on Saturday and Sunday for dharma talks and Q & A.
Eastern contemplative traditions universally believed that a loving heart was the fruit of all meditative practice. Over time, loving-kindness or metta meditation, became a highly sophisticated art in both the yoga and the Buddhist traditions.
Join dear friends and beloved teachers, Stephen Cope and Missy Brown, for a weekend retreat that offers a deep exploration of loving-kindness in the world around you as well as the world within you.
This on campus program will weave together:
- Sitting, walking and loving-kindness meditation practices that support compassion
- Short dharma talks based on the wisdom of the Buddhist and yoga traditions
- Chanting, journaling, nature and the soothing sounds of crystal bowls
- Mindful Kripalu Yoga
Our invitation is to join us for this extended holiday weekend to be deeply immersed in these powerful and profound practices. Take the time and space to deepen your relationship with yourself.
NOTE This program offers a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and welcomes practitioners of all levels. No prior experience is required.
