Through a variety of gentle yoga practices, peaceful meditations, soothing breathwork, journaling, and outdoor mindfulness experiences, you will:

NOTE This program includes one evening campfire and daytime gentle walks through fields and nature trails. Please bring appropriate footwear and layers for cool weather.
