Burnout is becoming chronic. No matter how much we do, it’s never enough. We’re exhausted, and trying to keep our head above water can impact our mental and physical health, our relationships, and every facet of our lives.

Join writer, yoga teacher, and former actress Lisa Jakub for a program that covers the causes of burnout and offers ways to thrive within the limitations of work and home obligations. Through discussion, mindfulness, writing, and yoga, you will:

  • Learn to identify—and manage—the inner and outer challenges in your life.
  • Explore ways to avoid becoming overwhelmed.
  • Understand your own power and how to practice restoring yourself back to wellness.
  • Create and sustain a meaningful path forward.
