Holiday Baking from the Kripalu Kitchen

GET INTO THE FESTIVE SPIRIT WITH KRIPALU CHEF JEREMY

Join Kripalu's former Executive Chef Jeremy Rock Smith as he guides you through the art of crafting holiday treats that are as delightful to the eyes as they are to the palate.

Through two fun and lively sessions, learn how to make some of Kripalu's all-time favorites all while staying true to a holistic approach to well-being. You will:

  • Bake delicious classics like tahini chocolate thumbprint and white chocolate almond butter miso cookies. 
  • Dive into the art of crafting a sumptuous, healthy fruit tatin.
  • Pair the sweet flavors of caramelized seasonal fruits with a light, crisp crust.

Whether you're a seasoned baker or just starting out, this program promises a blend of tradition, innovation, and pure holiday joy. All are welcome: newcomers to experienced bakers—there is something special in store for everyone. 

NOTE Both classes will offer gluten-free and vegan options. Recipes will be provided ahead of time so you can take notes while you watch. Class recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session. You will have access to the video recording(s), as well as an email address for questions, for 30 days after the program ends.
