Illuminate Your Heart with Kabbalah and Mysticism

WELCOME NEW INSPIRATION

In Kabbalah, our heart is a luminous center of power and wisdom. Kabbalah, in Hebrew, means "to receive". It’s a path of mindful mysticism guiding us to live from our luminous heart. Mystics, or spiritual warriors, work to transform themselves into receptive vessels and provide us with guidance on how to live in harmony and be agents of healing for ourselves and others.

This holistic retreat provides a direct approach to soul-centered living with methods to cultivate peace and well-being in life. Join Rabbi Sigal Brier and explore the landscape of your heart and soul. Rabbi Sigal clearly explains complex concepts and guides healing and contemplative practices that focus on reducing discontent and strengthening trust.

You will experience:

  • Life-changing insights from Kabbalah
  • Mystical meditations
  • Hebrew chanting
  • Restorative relaxation
  • Self-inquiry and more

Come together to connect to the inner light, expand your awareness, release stress, and welcome new inspirations. Emerge from this retreat lighter, seeing with more clarity, and feeling contentment and ease.

"Following Rabbi Sigal’s program at Kripalu I have experienced a shift, a softening, a turn towards wonder. So much of this heart opening was a result of 'marinating' in the loving community that Sigal held for us." —Hollie
