This four-week online course merges ancient Ayurvedic principles with modern scientific insight to help you cultivate a nourishing relationship with food—one rooted in self-awareness, balance, and vitality. This is a salutogenic approach to nutrition: instead of focusing on what’s “wrong” or broken, we center on your strengths, your constitution (Prakriti), and your body’s innate intelligence to move toward resilience and wellbeing.

Unlike the pathogenic model, which seeks to fix disease, this program empowers you to build health. No blame, no shame, no one-size-fits-all food rules. Just wisdom, science, and soul, woven into practices that honor your uniqueness.

In this online experience, you’ll explore:

  • Your Ayurvedic constitution (Prakriti) and current state of imbalance (Vikriti).
  • Seasonal and daily rhythms of nourishment (Ritucharya and Dinacharya).
  • Meal timing, digestive fire (Agni), and mindful eating rituals.
  • How modern research supports Ayurvedic nutrition and gut health.
  • A strengths-based, non-restrictive approach to eating for healthspan and lifespan.

With four weekly online classes, guided self-inquiry, and nourishing practices, you’ll gain tools to align your meals with your body’s natural rhythms, bringing harmony to the melody of your digestion, clarity to your mind, and vitality to your life.

This is not a diet. This is a return to wholeness rooted in Kripalu tradition.

NOTE: You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
