In this online experience, you’ll explore:
- Your Ayurvedic constitution (Prakriti) and current state of imbalance (Vikriti).
- Seasonal and daily rhythms of nourishment (Ritucharya and Dinacharya).
- Meal timing, digestive fire (Agni), and mindful eating rituals.
- How modern research supports Ayurvedic nutrition and gut health.
- A strengths-based, non-restrictive approach to eating for healthspan and lifespan.
With four weekly online classes, guided self-inquiry, and nourishing practices, you’ll gain tools to align your meals with your body’s natural rhythms, bringing harmony to the melody of your digestion, clarity to your mind, and vitality to your life.
