Discovering Joy A Let Your Yoga Dance Retreat


Give yourself the gift of uplifting your spirit, supercharging your body, and immersing your mind in delight.

Join Let Your Yoga Dance® founding director, Megha Nancy Buttenheim, who has dedicated her life to planting seeds of joy through her unique movement practice. In this fun and immersive program, Megha guides you to embody her motto of “everyone is a dancer" through daily, chakra-based Let Your Yoga Dance explorations.

You will:

  • Embody core practices of flowing, energetic, and user-friendly dances.
  • Share your gifts while broadening and building positivity resonance. 
  • Participate in yoga, qigong, nature, and positive psychology.
  • Celebrate diversity, compassion, and kindness.
  • Understand the latest research on joy.  

Return home feeling renewed and connected to a deep and loving community.  

NOTE Anyone over the age of 18—all sizes, shapes, abilities, and including introverts, extroverts, and ambiverts—is welcome to this exploration of moving joy.
