Along with a community of women, come experience a special journey to self-love, conscious thought, creativity, health awareness, and the sacred feminine. Through dance, breathwork, art, movement, and more, you will:
- Inhale and exhale.
- Relax into slow spaces.
- Release out of fast paces.
- Meditate to start the day.
- Dance the evening away.
Experience how the subtle practices of breathwork, meditation, journaling, reflection, contemplation—along with accessible yoga and dance—can rejuvenate your entire being.
