Kripalu Recipe: Raisin Sauce
Here is the most magical asked-for recipe at Kripalu. It is our basic cereal topping, and we go through a ton of it. We actually make it in 5-gallon buckets. Assuming you don't need that much, here's how to make enough for a few breakfasts.
1¼ cups raisins
1½ cups tap water
Combine raisins and water, and let sit overnight. The next day, puree everything with an immersion blender or food processor.
That’s it. Simple. Use it immediately or refrigerate it for up to 5 days.
