Kripalu Outdoors: Snowshoeing and Yoga

This program—developed and led by our own faculty with the Kripalu methodology in mind—is offered exclusively at Kripalu.

For all levels.

Find your place in nature as you explore miles of snow-covered trails right outside Kripalu’s back door. Join our knowledgeable guides for multilevel snowshoeing, Kripalu Yoga, and deep relaxation in a weekend that includes

  • Different levels of snowshoeing to suit your needs offered each day, on winding trails with stunning winter vistas
  • Expansive forest meditations, followed by tranquil yoga classes to balance body and mind
  • Nourishing and spacious activities to connect with self.

Whether you are experienced in snowshoeing or a curious beginner, kick back and step forward into an active retreat sure to rejuvenate and delight you.

Note Snowshoes and poles will be provided for this program. In the event of poor snow coverage, we will hike instead of snowshoe.

Michelle Dalbec, E-RYT 1000, YACEP, is a Lead Faculty member for Kripalu, lead teacher trainer for the Kripalu School of Yoga, a Kripalu R&R Retreat presenter, and a Kripalu RISE facilitator.

Christopher Holmes, a Kripalu Yoga teacher and licensed massage therapist, has expertise in anatomy and physiology for yoga and bodywork, and the healing of chronic pain patterns.
