REST IN THE SANCTUARY OF COMMUNITY

Join us for an immersive livestream retreat designed to nourish the body, mind, and spirit through eating, deep rest, connection with nature, and community. Curated by James Beard Award-winning chef, author, and artist Bryant Terry, the weekend features a stellar lineup of facilitators, including Terry, artist and musician Jasmine Nyende, and founder of The Nap Ministry, activist, and writer Tricia Hersey. Through nourishing recipes, restorative practices, skill-building activities, and meaningful dialogue, you will explore sustenance, the natural world, rejuvenation, and collective engagement as tools for resilience and wellbeing.
