Through group dialogue, the use of ancient oracles such as tarot and I Ching, and personal inquiry, you’ll gain clarity and develop a personalized plan that supports your emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing as you navigate life’s transitions.

NOTE: This program is ideal for women of all backgrounds at any stage of life or in any transition who are drawn to inner work and self-discovery. Please bring a journal. Tarot decks will be provided for all participants.

Lisa Langer, PhD, is a clinical psychologist, clinical assistant professor at Northwell/Hofstra School of Medicine, and founder of PRACTICE Body Mind Soul, a wellness center in Roslyn, NY, and part of the Katz Women’s Institute/Northwell Health—their first Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine.
